Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 30 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel this contract, if the product has been received at the above address.

We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise and have proven that you are the initial purchaser. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods or they will be deducted from the reimbursement.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached Model Withdrawal Form, but it is not obligatory.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.
