Among other things, they protect the rights of consumers of online shops. You can submit complaints here if you cannot find a suitable solution with us.

Shipping methods

Every customer has the option to save costs on an order under €35 by choosing shipping without Track & Trace. When choosing shipping without Track & Trace, the customer agrees to contact PostNL himself for a lost package. We do our utmost to ensure that every order arrives, but without Track & Trace we cannot guarantee this. We cannot then be held liable for losses by PostNL.

Warranty and returns

Every customer has a statutory cooling-off period of 30 days from the moment the product is delivered. This means that you may return an item within these two weeks without giving a reason.
