Shipping Methods

Every customer has the possibility to save costs for an order under €35,- by choosing shipping without Track & Trace. When choosing shipping without Track & Trace, the customer agrees to contact PostNL himself for a lost package. We do our utmost to have every order arrive, but without Track & Trace we cannot guarantee this. We can then not be held liable for loss by PostNL.

Warranty and returns

Every customer has a 30-day statutory reflection period from the moment the product is delivered. This means that you can return an item within these two weeks without giving a reason.
